I was a die hard support of grass roots hydro. Been going there for years even when there were closer hydro stores. Loved the family atmosphere and more than willing to help attitude. They would talk for hours to help if I had time. 1 star is for the grow gen corporate takeover. They are trying to monopolize the hydro store, and nutrient industry to raise prices on consumers in a scheme for them to get rich. They lowered our discounts and the family atmosphere is gone. Even the employees aren’t happy to work for those corporate chads. Bring back GRASS ROOTS

Lots of stuff in stock and the only hydro store within like 30 miles.. sometimes busy but they have a few employees and three registers so it goes pretty quick still...

Great place easy in and out. Buisness opens at 09:00. No loading dock. They have a forklift & full team of hard workers that unloaded us within 25 minutes. Great job👍

These people Suck! About a week ago i went in for soil and there was a shortage due to a lamdslide and they say come back in about a week. Well today i go back and they have several pallets but won't sell me any because somebody else is going to buy all of the pallets later, at least this is what i am told! Geee i wonder who might be buying all of the pallets..... maybe marijuana growers? Gee the very people we are trying to rid the area of. Maybe we don't need a hydro store in the area if area resident's cant get the gardening supplies that they need. It's clear they are here to cater to the marijuana growers and not the local families. Way to go! Is this how you stress Customer Service and Family?
