My experience here was fast. I checked in 7 and by 8ish I was loaded and out. After they load you have to exit the facility and strap/ chain outside the main gate. Unfortunately, there's no overnight parking.

I’m here on a pickup and, although the staff is polite and friendly, the level of disrespect for scheduled appointments is remarkable. Be prepared to waste your entire day — and your money — because time is money. You will lose both here. If you can, avoid coming to this place for your pickup. Expect frustration and wasted time, because not only do they delay you here, but they’ll also mess up your next delivery. And you’ll still be expected to deliver on time the next day — no excuses. The line of trucks is endless. You’ll check in — rain or shine, under the hot sun — and then you’ll just wait for hours and hours. By the time you leave, you’ll be exhausted and completely fed up. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

I’ve owned my CK4020se for 7 months, it has spent the last 2 months at the dealer. Zero communication, the constantly say they’ll call back with information but don’t. I was stuck between Kubota and Kioti and I 100% regret not buying the Kubota. I was thinking about buying a TL750 track loader but they have made my decision for me and I’ll certainly get a Kubota instead.

BUYER BEWARE... Don't make the same mistake I did with buying Kioti. I bought my new 2024 Kioti DK4720SEH Cab on 13 Dec 2024. It has 74 hours on it now and I have kept it in my pole barn since I bought it. I also paid over $2,000.00 for machine & attachment/implement coverage. It is in the shop because it wouldn't turn over and to get my first oil change. The mechanic told me I need all three injectors replaced. They also told me Kioti has refused to cover this. He also told me, they had it tested and found that the filter had particles in it. This is the original filter I got with the tractor. After contacting the company, the Customer Relations representative said the decision has been made to not warranty this. When I asked to speak to someone in management, I was told he couldn't give me anybody else and the decision has been made and it was final.

It’s very unsafe place for the driver for the pick up driver specially flat bed and step deck they load you fine and then they kick you out of the property and a very busy road and you need to secure your load on the basically standing on the road that’s why I gave just one star review very very unsafe place

You buy a coyote lawnmower from these folks part goes messing up. The mower is under warranty. They can’t get a hold of the parts you need, but then the store sells out to somebody totally different. They don’t sell coyote mowers anymore and then coyote doesn’t wanna talk to you about getting the part for your lawnmower And when I had it under warranty, they didn’t have the part now that the warranty is up they got the part and then they got some smart Alac named Brandon Jackson who runs their phones for customer service or operator and he just send you to voicemail if he don’t want you to talk to him and he won’t let you talk to nobody else in that whole big headquarters cause he’s that high and mighty on the totem pole in there. If I could leave zero stars, I would just because of Brandon Jackson, who doesn’t think it’s important to let somebody talk to somebody anywhere in that whole place.

Purchased a new CS2210 June 2024. Transmission filter was smashed in upon pickup. Then we went to mow and found deck damage. There was a bent tensioner that ate the belt. Not even an hour on the machine at this point. Dealer replaced filter and entire mower deck. Now at 10.4 hours, the engine quit while mowing. Took machine back to the dealer and was told it needs an injection pump. I was told this is not a common failure but they have seen it before. I told them they should exchange the machine with a new one. Engine did not have an even crank after it shut down. Could have some internal damage. This tractor has been a problem from the start. Called customer service 10x over a weeks span before someone answered. Left several messages and emails. No replies. Finally someone answered. Spoke to Brandon. That was a waste of time. He was not interested in helping. Told me it's a dealer issue. Kioti is a large company. I just dont understand why they dont want to help the people who are buying the tractors. There are an alarming number of negative reviews with the same type of issues. They are basically giving their business to Kubota. I should have just bought a Kubota.....
